Carmel is one of four puppies from Ivy’s first litter. She started her training with a raiser who is new to OccuPaws, but not new to puppies! After wearing out Lois, it was on to Campus life and keeping up with Annie. Then this energetic girl was off to Oxford to get lots and lots of exercise! After checking to see if she has settled enough, it was decided she needed a little more active time in her final months in a rural setting in Wisconsin before her final time with Emily & Evan. Congrats to Carmel – she is now a calm, collected, easy going pup, enjoying her new job with Kari. Carmel is Kari’s third guide dog.
