This portal is designed to give you access to all the resources and connections you need as an OccuPaws volunteer. Below, you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to set up your profile, connect with fellow volunteers, and take full advantage of the features available on our platform.

Getting Started with Your Volunteer Profile

Log In to Your Account

Click the “Login” button at the top of the page and enter your username and password. If this is your first time logging in, check your email for an account activation link.

Set Up Your Profile

Once logged in, click on your name or profile picture in the top-right corner to access your profile. Click “Edit Profile” to update your information. Add details such as your volunteer role, experience, and any other relevant information.

Upload a Profile Photo

Click on your profile picture and select “Change Photo.” Upload an image from your device and adjust it as needed. Click “Save Changes” to update your profile with your new photo.

Connecting with Other Volunteers

You will be automatically connected with other registered volunteers on this site.

Using the Volunteer Forum

Click on the “Forum” tab to access discussion boards. Browse existing topics or create a new post by clicking “New Topic.” Engage with other volunteers by replying to posts and sharing your experiences.

Logging in with Social Media

Use Social Login for Quick Access
If you prefer, you can log in using your Facebook, Google, or other social media accounts. Click the social login button on the login page and follow the prompts to connect your account.
