Interested in volunteering with OccuPaws? Start with our Volunteer Orientation! It’s an introduction to who we are, how our guide dog program works, and the ways you can get involved.

We’ll cover OccuPaws’ mission and history, how a puppy goes from its first weeks to becoming a working guide dog, and the volunteer roles available, including puppy raising, sitting, events, and more. You’ll also learn what’s expected of volunteers and the next steps for getting started, and you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions.

No experience is needed, so come curious! Please leave your own dogs at home for this session.
