Higgins is litter-mates with PIT Hank. He is very sweet and gentle and loves to work with his handler. Higgins joined our program at 9 months old. Higgins turned out to be a perfect match for Alex, who had waited about three years for the perfect dog to match his needs. While it was a long wait, everyone agrees, Higgins is the PERFECT dog for Alex.
