John retired from Lands’ End where he spent 18 years in various sales and sales management roles in their Business Outfitters division. Prior to that he lived in Chicago where he worked in the convention and tradeshow business planning events around the world for various associations. He and his husband, Coleman, own and operate Maple Wood Lodge in Mineral Point. They became raisers in the fall of 2017.
